J58B series electric screw press is a new generation of electric screw press independently developed by Qingdao Yiyou Forging Machinery Co., Ltd. It is a kind of forging and pressing equipment with strong process applicability. It can be used for hot forging as well as fine forging and finishing. Press speed governing using switched reluctance motor drive, PLC control, programmable panel with Taiwan, with two adjustable blow energy, blow force can be adjusted through the panel potentiometer, can according to the forming precision strike force and hit the energy, to reduce the mold, mechanical stress and thermal contact time, extend the life of the mold. While inheriting the advantages of the previous generation of electric screw press, it also has the outstanding advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, fast speed, less fault and low cost. This machine is also suitable for the transformation of traditional press, thus providing a better choice for the low-cost development of enterprises.
1. Drive system
It can realize digital control, has soft start function, small start current, high power factor, wide range of motor speed regulation, and can frequently turn and reverse.
2. Lubrication system
It can fully guarantee the lubrication of screw and copper nut, thus prolonging the service life of the equipment.
3. Control system
The speed of the motor can be adjusted through the potentiometer, so that the striking force of the press is accurate and controllable.
4. Braking system
The press adopts the pressure plate brake system, which makes the brake sensitive and reliable.
